We are always on time, we are license and insured, our product are of best quality, and we have everything that you need for your party to be a success: we rent bounce houses, water slides, tables, chairs, we have concessions such as cotton candy machine, pop-corn machine, snow cone machine that will make your party extra fun! You can rent a generator to power the blower to the bounce house.
What about cleanliness? Are your inflatables sanitized?

Yes. Whether you are renting a bounce house, a water slide or any other product from us, we want to make your party fun and successful.
What happens if you need to cancel the order?

If you must cancel up to 2-3 weeks prior to your booking, we will refund you the deposit. Less than a week, you may lose your deposit but we can keep it if you chose to reschedule up to a year from the original date.

How to make a reservation?

When texting us, make sure you enter the contact telephone number, correct date, address and time of your event. One or two days before your event we will call you to confirm. A non-refundable deposit is required in advance and rental of the bounce house must be paid in full at the time the event..
When payment is due? Money issues:

We collect sales tax on every rental. A non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation to be paid in advance. We accept any credit card, PayPal, and Zelle. Payment is required upon our arrival on your rental date. Are tips required? Tips are not expected, but they greatly appreciated.
Are there any safety measures to use the bounce house?

Adult supervision is required at all times. Don't let children of different ages enter the bounce house together (we don't want a child who is 10 years old to fall on a toddler of 3). Do not bring food or drinks inside the inflatable. Do not bring inside the inflatable any sharp object. Make sure the pockets of your child are empty. Make sure there is no rough play. Remove the shoes before entering the bounce house. In the event you loose power, empty the inflatable from children immediately. The inflatable may collapse on them.
Can I use a water hose on a rented bounce house?

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.
