Know Before placing a rental

If the inflatable is placed on the grass

Before the party, whether it is at home or in a park, cut the grass a few days before to prevent staining the inflatable, make sure the grass is clean of debris, no tree branches and there are no toys scattered around.

Written Contract

Before renting the bounce house we will need signed contract with you. It will contain the type of inflatable you are renting, the rental date, pick up date, conditions and price. This will prevent any surprises.

There is no specific answer to that, however, it is important to book early enough so you will have the inflatable that you want.

What about safety?

Adult supervision is required at all times. Don't let children of different ages enter the bounce house (we don't want a child who is 10 years old to fall on a toddler of 3). Do not bring food or drinks inside the inflatable. Do not bring in any sharp object. Make sure the pockets of your child are empty. Do not come inside the inflatable with shoes. In the event you loose power, empty the inflatable from children. The inflatable may collapse on them.

Children's ages

We recommend that the minimum age for use be 3, and the maximum age 12 - remember that the children should be able to get out of the inflatable on their own. Children under the age of 3 may have difficulty getting in and out of an inflatable on their own, which increases the risk of injuries, and for older children over the age of 12 - it is important to check with the Eden's company if we have inflatables that are adapted to these ages and even more.

  • How do I book a rental of a bounce house?

    When texting us, make sure you enter the contact telephone number, correct date, address and time of your event. One or two days before your event we will call you to confirm. A non-refundable deposit is required in advance and rental of the bounce house must be paid in full at the time the event..

  • Additional equipment for rent.

    We have generators, tables, chairs, 100 ft. extension cords - all for rent for your event.

  • What are the requirements for the bounce house?

    The bounce house must be placed on a flat surface of at least 13x13 feet. It can be grass, concrete, cement. A power outlet is required for at least 75 ft. and a power cord.

  • Money issues:

    We collect sales tax on every rental. A non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation to be paid in advance. We accept any credit card, PayPal, and Zelle. Payment is required upon our arrival on your rental date. Are tips required? Tips are not expected, but they greatly appreciated.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you must cancel up to 2-3 weeks prior to your booking, we will refund you the deposit. Less than a week, you may lose your deposit but we can keep it if you chose to reschedule up to a year from the original date.
